Power couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are heading for divorce after 12 years of being together.
Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, and has asked for custody of their six children and no spousal support.
Rumours were in the air that the couple had been on the rocks since some time, and they were last spotted in public together in July when they took out their twins, Knox and Vivienne, for a birthday breakfast in West Hollywood.
Sources claim that Jolie's decision came after she grew upset with Brad's ways of parenting the children, and there was no third person involved in their marriage.
Jolie and Pitt met on the sets of 'Mr. & Mrs. Smith' in 2004 while he was still married to 'FRIENDS' actress Jennifer Aniston.
The couple began dating soon afterwards, and over the course of years adopted three children and had three biological children as well, before getting married in August 2014, and Angelina wore a Versace gown scribbled with her children's drawings.
Jolie is being repped by Laura Wasser, who recently represented Johnny Depp in his divorce with Amber Heard.
The couple were last photographed officially at an event for their movie 'By The Sea', in November 2015.
This is the second divorce for Pitt, and the third for Jolie, who was previously married to Johnny Lee Miller and Bob Thorton.
Pitt's famous divorce with Jennifer Aniston landed her in years of misery, and seems like karma has repeated itself. What goes around, comes back around.
